The acquisition of GovQA will extend the capabilities of Granicus’ Civic Engagement Platform, helping government officials deliver consistent, unified digital experiences to their communities while automating, streamlining and transforming internal process workflows. The combined product suite accelerates Granicus’ vision for intelligent, connected digital government experiences for both government agencies and officials, and the communities they serve.

In addition to a partial realization of our investment, Frontier will maintain an ownership position in Granicus.
