As a businessperson, Brad has walked many miles in the same shoes as today’s founders and CEOs. He’s built a start-up, helped grow his previous corporate wellness company to a $100m market leader, and sold it in the largest deal in that sector’s history.
Today, Brad works across our entire portfolio, bringing a systematic approach to accelerating growth with a five-step proven process. He loves talking to founders and CEOs about the challenges they face and the opportunities they could unlock to create more jobs, foster better work environments, and deliver enduring business success.
Outside the office, Brad loves to cook, creating seasonally-specific dishes as well as crushing the latest CrossFit workout of the day in his garage.
