The partnership marks a major milestone in Wealthbox’s evolution and positions the company to further scale its operations, accelerate product development, and expand its footprint across the wealth management industry.

We’re excited to continue our partnership with Wealthbox by rolling over a substantial portion of our equity as part of the recapitalization.
