As an Operating Partner with Frontier, Christopher brings decades of leadership experience to supporting our portfolio companies in developing and executing their growth roadmaps. This can involve everything from collecting and analyzing data to facilitating strategies that support high growth to helping management teams focus on what matters most.

Chris understands what it’s like to be in the driver’s seat of a growth stage software company—the good and the bad, the ups and the downs. In fact, he’d say you learn just as much from the failures as you do the successes. It means he can help steer teams forward and help them avoid potentially costly mistakes.

Ultimately, Chris believes building a company is a team sport, one where he can play a supporting role – much like a coach. Importantly, however, it’s the team that  makes it all happen and deserves all the credit for success. This is what Chris loves most about his job.

Outside the office, you’ll find him spending time with his grown-up kids (his own life’s work), working-out to stay fit (on a bike, on the road, or on the tennis court), and playing with his miniature labradoodle, Sparky.
