As a Vice President on our investment team, Connor spends much of his time evaluating new investment opportunities and meeting with founders and CEOs of growth-stage vertical SaaS businesses. He enjoys building relationships with management teams and identifying areas where Frontier can be helpful to them in achieving their growth plans. Where there’s a good mutual fit, Connor will work with our team on structuring and negotiating new investments. He also supports existing Frontier portfolio companies on strategic growth initiatives and M&A opportunities.

To Connor, a successful partnership is built on a foundation of trust and transparent communication, and he believes that a team-first mentality is the most critical component of any high-performing organization. What he really loves about the job is the opportunity to study different end markets and business models, and apply learnings to new challenges and opportunities across our portfolio. For Connor, it’s the combination of an entrepreneur’s deep domain expertise and Frontier’s data-driven, collaborative approach that he feels creates a unique formula for building market-leading vertical SaaS businesses.

When he’s not in the office, you’ll find Connor lacing up the skates or out in nature to hike, fish, and adventure with his Duck Tolling Retriever, Stevie.
