Steve is our Head of Talent responsible for helping our companies with all things people related. Essentially, this involves working with our portfolio companies to ensure they have the right people and culture in place, and that their teams are equipped to perform.

A lot of Steve’s time is spent working closely with our founders, CEOs, and management teams to identify opportunities to accelerate growth through team and performance enhancements.

Steve works with portfolio leaders to identify the key training/development initiatives that will upskill existing team members to help them maximize their contribution.   Steve also partners with trusted search firms to identify and attract the best candidates for key roles. And he identifies the key training initiatives that will upskill existing team members to help them maximize their contribution.

Looking further ahead, Steve also builds networks of talented professionals who may be good fit in future, even if they are not looking to make a move right now.

Of course, there are always things that companies in similar situations can learn from each other. So Steve also facilitates interaction across our portfolio, hosting summits and webinars where they can share insights and best practices. Ultimately, it means they can get the right people and culture in place to drive sustained long-term growth.

Outside the office, you’ll find Steve sweating it out on his Peloton or playing games with his family.
