When it comes to helping our portfolio companies reach their full potential, Tim’s core focus is to build on the foundations of what’s already made them successful. For him, it’s all about asking the right questions, working collaboratively with portfolio company leadership teams, and then thinking creatively about how we can help them accelerate growth and build value.

As a Principal in our firm, Tim spreads his time between uncovering new software companies that are looking for a partner to help them take their business to the next level, working with Associates, Partners, and CEOs analyzing those businesses, and helping our portfolio companies to unlock new opportunities for growth. Every day is different which creates new learnings that he looks forward to sharing with Frontier’s portfolio companies.

What really drives Tim is seeing the impact we can make on the kind of dynamic businesses we invest in—helping them ensure we have the right people in the right roles, identifying and solving key challenges, and finding ways to accelerate their growth trajectory.

Outside the office, you’ll find Tim spending time with his wife and their two dogs, hiking in the mountains, or with friends and family in a prime spot to follow the Tar Heels and sports teams from his native Chicago.
